Not too many photos here. Zion is massive, and the road access to the park is at the bottom of a very steep canyon. The Virgin River runs thru the park, and on each side, towering rock cliffs surround you. We did a few hikes, up to the start of the Narrows, but did not have waders, boots etc to continue the next 14 miles hiking up the River. Some people had the proper equipment and were heading up the creek. But 14 miles hiking in a river does not sound like fun to me. (the sign at the start of the trailhead says you may need to swim in some areas)  As such not many photos, but still an amazing place to see. Thankfully we did not see any tarantulas.

Welcome to Zion. Whoever had the idea of paving the roads with red pavement is a genius. Roads blend in with the rock.

We found a roadside honour system produce stand in nearby Springdale, UT. Aya was able to throw together this delicious salad. Who says you cannot eat well while camping.
